Lemkus in partnership with PayJustNow, is inviting Cape Town based artists to apply for a partially-funded residency programme. The aim of the programme is to support the production of artistic work within the local scene by providing upcoming artists with the necessary resources and space to further their respective practices.

Due to the support of Lemkus and PayJustNow, we are able to offer access to studio space during office hours for the duration of 5 weeks, a considerate stipend for materials and living expenses, as well as guidance and administrative support from a dedicated staff member. Furthermore, in the weeks following their completion of the programme, artists are invited to share their work with the public in the form of a solo exhibition at the Lemkus gallery space.
