Returns and Exchanges

REFUND POLICY

Returns due to a change of mind are accepted both in-store and online unless stated otherwise, within [7 days] of purchase in their original condition, not worn with the purchase slip and original packaging for a full refund, store credit or an exchange


Products with defects can be returned within 6 months for a repair, replacement, or refund, as per the Consumer Protection Act.


Items marked as non-refundable or sold as-is are not eligible for return, unless defective.

 

It is preferred that items get returned in their original shipping box.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM:

 

Return Method: All returns are sent via economy shipping.

 

Fees: Returning for an exchange or refund costs R100.

 

Timeframe: Returns and refunds must be enacted within 7 days of receiving the goods.

 

Non-Returnable Items: No returns or exchanges on Sale Items, Headwear, Socks, Sunglasses, and Watches.

 

Process: To start a return, email info@lemkus.com with your order number in the subject line.

 

In-Store Exchanges: Exchanges can be made in-store. However, refunds must be processed via the original payment method used.

 

Condition: All goods must be undamaged/unworn with all packaging and tags intact. Items showing signs of wear or missing packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

Store Errors: If we send the wrong style, size, or colorway, we will process the exchange free of charge.

 

Refund Timelines: Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 13 working days. EFT refunds take up to 2 working days (bank dependent).

No Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

 

In-Store: Size exchanges are available at our discretion for walk-in customers only.

 

CPA Compliance: Returns will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, as required by the Consumer Protection Act.
