WHAT IS LEMKUS?

Lemkus is a streetwear brick and mortar/e-commerce fashion retailer based in Cape Town, South Africa.

 

HOW DO I BUY ON YOUR SITE?

Browse: Select a category you are looking to purchase from.


Product Details: Within the category, you’ll find a range of products. Each product page includes detailed descriptions, pictures and relevant product information to help you make your choice.


Add to Cart: Select your size and "Add to Cart." You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

 

Checkout: Review your cart and enter your delivery and billing addresses.

 

Payment: Proceed to payment making use of one of our many available payment options.

 

Verification: Any orders placed online for releases that have not been verified through the raffle system will be cancelled. Orders placed online for in-store-only releases will also be cancelled.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS / OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Card Payments(Visa/Mastercard/Apple Pay/Capitec Pay/Google Pay): Your order will be sent immediately, please note that you will need to have a card that has been 3D secured.

 

Automated Instant EFT: Facilitated through Ozow payments.

Float: For orders over R1000, use your credit card to split your cart into 4 monthly interest-free instalments.

 

EFT/Direct Deposit: In certain cases, customers may have the option to utilize an alternative payment method, specifically Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Direct Bank Deposit. This option is made available under specific circumstances and conditions such as outstanding balances when you cancel your order and replace it with an item that is more expensive. Only once we have received your money into our account will we send your product to you. This will take one day if you bank with Nedbank and 2 working days with other banks.


PLEASE NOTE: LEMKUS FACILITATES THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT OPTIONS ON OUR WEBSITE BUT DOES NOT HAVE ANY AFFILIATION WITH PAYJUSTNOW, PAYFLEX, HAPPY PAY & FLOAT. ALL ACCOUNT DISPUTES AND SETTLING OF ACCOUNTS MUST BE DONE THROUGH PAYJUSTNOW OR PAYFLEX.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER/HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order by clicking the tracking link sent to you via email or by using the "Track My Parcel" option in the site footer. Simply enter your tracking number to receive an instant update on the status of your delivery.

 

In the event that you lose your tracking number, please email us at info@lemkus.com with your order number, and we will forward your tracking number to you.

 

HOW DOES LEMKUS DELIVER PRODUCTS?

Standard Door-to-Door Shipping: 2–5 business days. Our default reliable shipping service (utilising partners like The Courier Guy).

 

Bob Box Locker: 1–4 business days. A secure, contact-free pickup option.

 

Pargo Pickup Point: 2–5 business days. Collect your order from a designated Pargo pick-up point at your convenience.

 

Pargo Timeslot Home Delivery: 2-3 business days. Schedule the specific time and day your order is delivered .

 

Collect In-Store: 1-12 trading hours. Orders are only available for collection once you receive a "Ready for Collection" email, Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM & Sat 9AM-2PM

 

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes you can change your delivery address. The courier will even allow for one failed attempt of delivery and a change of address before a second attempt, should this second attempt fail the courier will return the product back to Lemkus.

 

REFUND POLICY

Returns due to a change of mind are accepted both in-store and online unless stated otherwise, within [7 days] of purchase in their original condition, not worn with the purchase slip and original packaging for a full refund, store credit or an exchange


Products with defects can be returned within 6 months for a repair, replacement, or refund, as per the Consumer Protection Act.


Items marked as non-refundable or sold as-is are not eligible for return, unless defective.

 

It is preferred that items get returned in their original shipping box.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Return Method: All returns are sent via economy shipping.

 

Fees: Returning for an exchange or refund costs R100.

 

Timeframe: Returns and refunds must be enacted within 7 days of receiving the goods.

 

Non-Returnable Items: No returns or exchanges on Sale Items, Headwear, Socks, Sunglasses, and Watches.

 

Process: To start a return, email info@lemkus.com with your order number in the subject line.

 

In-Store Exchanges: Exchanges can be made in-store. However, refunds must be processed via the original payment method used.

 

Condition: All goods must be undamaged/unworn with all packaging and tags intact. Items showing signs of wear or missing packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

Store Errors: If we send the wrong style, size, or colorway, we will process the exchange free of charge.

 

Refund Timelines: Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 13 working days. EFT refunds take up to 2 working days (bank dependent).

 

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED DUE TO OVERSELLING?

Due to high demand, overselling may occur. In the event of overselling, we will notify affected customers via email or phone as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued via the original method of payment for any oversold items.

 

DOES LEMKUS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We deliver to SADC countries (Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eswatini, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe).

 

Costs: Specific shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

 

Duties: No customs duties are payable as we deliver from South Africa (SADC member).
