FREE delivery is available nationwide within South Africa on all orders exceeding R1200 unless otherwise stated.
Standard Door-to-Door Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days via trusted courier partners including providers such as The Courier Guy.
Bob Box Locker:
Estimated delivery within 1–4 business days. A secure, contact-free collection option.
Pargo Pickup Point:
Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days. Collect your parcel from a designated Pargo pickup location.
Pargo Timeslot Home Delivery:
Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days. Customers may select a preferred delivery date and time slot where available.
Collect In-Store:
Estimated collection within 1–12 trading hours.
Orders are only available for collection once customers receive a “Ready For Collection” email notification.
Collection Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00
Customers collecting orders may be requested to provide:
- proof of purchase,
- identification,

Customs & Duties:
No customs duties are payable for SADC deliveries where applicable due to regional trade agreements and shipping origin from South Africa.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Delivery Timelines:
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
While Lemkus strives to meet all estimated delivery timelines, Lemkus shall not be held liable for reasonable or unavoidable delays.
Peak Periods:
During Sale periods, Black Friday, Festive Seasons, Launch Days, or high-volume promotional periods, additional processing and fulfilment time may apply.
Courier Operating Hours:
Courier partners operate between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Delivery estimates exclude:
- Saturdays,
- Sundays,
- and public holidays.
Physical Address Requirement:
Courier partners operate as hand-to-hand delivery services and therefore require a valid physical delivery address.
P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
Failed Deliveries:
Courier partners will generally attempt delivery twice.
Where parcels are returned to Lemkus due to:
- customer unavailability,
- incorrect delivery information,
- or failed delivery attempts,
an additional R100 re-delivery fee may apply.
Order Verification & Security:
To protect both customers and Lemkus, orders flagged as:
- high-risk,
- unauthorised,
- suspicious,
- or potentially fraudulent
by Lemkus or third-party payment providers including:
- PayJustNow,
- PayFlex,
- Float,
- HappyPay,
- Ozow,
- or card payment processors
may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded at Lemkus’ discretion.
Where an order is cancelled for security or fraud-prevention purposes:
- a full refund will be processed,
- and promotional pricing or discounts applied to the cancelled order may not be honoured on future transactions.
Shipping Cut-Offs:
Orders placed after 15:00 or over weekends/public holidays may only begin processing on the next business day.
Incorrect Information:
Orders may be delayed where:
- billing information is incorrect,
- additional verification is required,
- or payment authorisation is incomplete.
Risk & Ownership:
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address or collection by the customer or their authorised representative.

Buy Now, Pay Later:
Lemkus offers various Buy Now Pay Later (“BNPL”) payment solutions through independent third-party providers including:
- PayJustNow,
- PayFlex,
- Float,
- and HappyPay.
These services are subject to the relevant provider’s:
- approval processes,
- affordability checks,
- repayment terms,
- and conditions of use.
Lemkus reserves the right to cancel orders flagged as:
- high-risk,
- unauthorised,
- or potentially fraudulent,
which may result in delays to estimated shipping or processing timelines.
Float:
Float enables qualifying customers to split purchases into monthly instalments using their existing credit card facility, subject to Float approval and terms.
Merchant Fees:
Lemkus absorbs standard merchant-related transaction fees associated with approved BNPL services offered during checkout.
Payment Responsibility:
Customers acknowledge that BNPL agreements exist directly between the customer and the selected payment provider.
Any disputes relating to:
- repayments,
- penalties,
- account management,
- payment failures,
- or financing arrangements
must be addressed directly with the relevant payment provider.
Ozow Instant EFT:
Ozow enables secure Instant EFT payments directly from supported South African bank accounts.
Orders paid via Ozow are generally confirmed immediately for faster order processing.
Credit & Debit Cards:
Visa and Mastercard payments are securely processed through approved payment gateways.
3D Secure authentication may be required depending on the customer’s bank and card issuer.
Discount & Voucher Codes:
Discount codes, promotional vouchers, and store credits are generally valid for one year from date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Lemkus reserves the right to:
- cancel promotions,
- amend promotional terms,
- refuse misuse of promotional codes,
- or withdraw discounts at any time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please retain your shipping carton and original packaging in the event that a return is required.
Return Method:
All returns are processed via economy return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Return Fees:
Returning an item for:
- exchange,
- store credit,
- or discretionary refund
may be subject to a R100 return handling or collection fee.
Return Timeframe:
Discretionary returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving or collecting the goods.
Return Conditions:
To qualify for a discretionary return or exchange:
- products must be unworn and unused,
- packaging and tags must remain intact,
- and goods must be returned in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items may not qualify for discretionary returns or exchanges:
- Sale items,
- Headwear,
- Socks,
- Sunglasses,
- Watches,
- worn items,
- altered items,
- or products missing original packaging or tags.
This exclusion does not apply to qualifying manufacturing defects or rights protected under the Consumer Protection Act.

In-Store Exchanges:
Products purchased online may be exchanged in-store where operationally possible.

Store Errors:
Where Lemkus supplies:
- the incorrect style,
- incorrect size,
- or incorrect colourway,
Lemkus will process the exchange, replacement, or refund free of charge.
Refund Timelines:
- Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 13 working days depending on banking institutions.
- Refunds processed via Instant EFT or alternative payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Lemkus complies with the Consumer Protection Act (“CPA”), including the automatic 6-month implied warranty provided under Section 56 of the CPA.
Where products fail due to qualifying manufacturing defects, customers may be entitled to:
- repair,
- replacement,
- or refund,
subject to inspection and assessment.
Examples of qualifying manufacturing defects may include:
- outsole or midsole separation,
- abnormal glue failure,
- stitching failure under normal use,
- structural collapse,
- abnormal delamination,
- failed heel counters,
- or abnormal overlay separation.
The following are generally not regarded as manufacturing defects:
- normal wear and tear,
- cosmetic creasing,
- outsole wear through ordinary use,
- accidental damage,
- misuse or abuse,
- machine washing,
- heat or chemical exposure,
- pet damage,
- skateboarding or rugged use of lifestyle footwear,
- or alterations/modifications to products.
Defect claims may be lodged via:

Customers should provide:
- proof of purchase,
- order number,
- photographs of the issue,
- and a description of the fault.
Where a defect claim is approved:
- Lemkus may arrange prepaid return shipping,
- and customers may choose between repair, replacement, or refund subject to applicable law and stock availability.
Where a like-for-like replacement is unavailable, Lemkus may offer:
- a refund,
- or store credit.
Claims involving:
- fraud,
- abuse,
- misuse,
- or intentional damage
may be rejected with reasons provided.

JORDAN RETRO & LIMITED RELEASE POLICY
Final Sale:
All Jordan Retro and selected limited-release purchases are considered final sale.
Change Of Mind:
Returns or exchanges due to:
- change of mind,
- incorrect sizing selection,
- or personal preference
may not be accepted.
In-Store Exchanges:
Size exchanges for walk-in customers may be permitted at Lemkus’ discretion and subject to stock availability.
CPA Compliance:
Nothing in this section limits any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act.
Returns may still be accepted in instances involving:
- qualifying manufacturing defects,
- or incorrectly supplied products.

OVERSELLING
Due to high demand and inventory synchronisation timing, overselling may occasionally occur.
Where overselling occurs:
- affected customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible via email or telephone,
- and a full refund will be processed via the original payment method used during checkout.
Lemkus shall not be liable for losses arising from overselling, stock synchronisation delays, or inventory discrepancies beyond the refund of the affected order.
