REFUND POLICY
Returns due to a change of mind are accepted both in-store and online unless otherwise stated, within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided that:
- the item is unworn and unused,
- all original packaging and tags remain intact,
- and the product is returned in resalable condition together with proof of purchase.
Eligible returns may qualify for:
- a full refund,
- store credit,
- or an exchange.
Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act (“CPA”).
Products with qualifying manufacturing defects may be returned within 6 months for:
- repair,
- replacement,
- or refund,
in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
In addition to statutory CPA rights, Lemkus provides a voluntary Lemkus Extended Assurance on qualifying footwear manufacturing defects for a total period of 12 months from date of purchase.
Items marked:
- non-refundable,
- final sale,
- clearance,
- promotional,
- or sold as-is
may not qualify for discretionary returns or exchanges unless defective or otherwise protected under applicable consumer law.
Customers are encouraged to retain the original shipping carton and packaging should a return be required.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Return Method:
All returns are processed via economy return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Return Fees:
Returning an item for:
- exchange,
- store credit,
- or discretionary refund
may be subject to a R100 return handling or collection fee.
Return Timeframe:
Discretionary returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving or collecting the goods.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items may not qualify for discretionary returns or exchanges:
- Sale items,
- Headwear,
- Socks,
- Sunglasses,
- Watches,
- worn items,
- altered items,
- or products missing original packaging or tags.
This exclusion does not apply to qualifying manufacturing defects or rights protected under the Consumer Protection Act.

In-Store Exchanges:
Products purchased online may be exchanged in-store where operationally possible.
Refunds must generally be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout and may not always be completed immediately in-store.
Condition Of Returned Goods:
All returned items must:
- be unworn and unused,
- include original packaging and tags,
- and be returned in resalable condition.
Items showing signs of:
- wear,
- misuse,
- damage,
- alterations,
- or missing packaging/tags
may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Store Errors:
If Lemkus supplies:
- the incorrect style,
- incorrect size,
- or incorrect colourway,
Lemkus will process the return, replacement, or refund free of charge.
Refund Timelines:
- Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 13 working days depending on banking institutions.
- Refunds processed via Instant EFT or alternative payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Refunds are generally processed using the original payment method used during checkout.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & EXTENDED ASSURANCE
Lemkus complies with the Consumer Protection Act (“CPA”), including the automatic 6-month implied warranty provided under Section 56 of the CPA.
Where products fail due to qualifying manufacturing defects, customers may be entitled to:
- repair,
- replacement,
- or refund,
subject to inspection and assessment.
In addition to statutory CPA rights, Lemkus provides a voluntary Lemkus Extended Assurance on qualifying footwear manufacturing defects for a total period of 12 months from date of purchase.
Examples of qualifying manufacturing defects may include:
- outsole or midsole separation,
- abnormal glue failure,
- stitching failure under normal use,
- structural collapse,
- abnormal delamination,
- failed heel counters,
- or abnormal overlay separation.
The following are generally not regarded as manufacturing defects:
- normal wear and tear,
- cosmetic creasing,
- outsole wear through ordinary use,
- accidental damage,
- misuse or abuse,
- machine washing,
- heat or chemical exposure,
- pet damage,
- skateboarding or rugged use of lifestyle footwear,
- or alterations/modifications to products.
Defect claims may be lodged via:

Customers should provide:
- proof of purchase,
- order number,
- photographs of the issue,
- and a description of the fault.
Where a defect claim is approved:
- Lemkus may arrange prepaid return shipping,
- and customers may choose between repair, replacement, or refund subject to applicable law and stock availability.
Where a like-for-like replacement is unavailable, Lemkus may offer:
- a refund,
- or store credit.
Claims involving:
- fraud,
- abuse,
- misuse,
- or intentional damage
may be rejected with reasons provided.

Final Sale:
All Jordan Retro and selected limited-release purchases are considered final sale.
Change Of Mind:
Returns or exchanges due to:

- incorrect sizing selection,
- or personal preference

Size exchanges for walk-in customers may be permitted at Lemkus’ discretion and subject to stock availability.
