SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please note: Nike products are not available for International Shipping due to contractual agreements within South Africa.
Lemkus uses trusted third-party courier partners when delivering products throughout South Africa.
Free Delivery Option
- Delivery is free within South Africa unless otherwise stated.
- Main Centres: 2–3 business days.
- Regional Areas: 3–5 business days.
Please note delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to operational circumstances.
Collecting In Store
Should you wish to skip queues in-store, you may purchase online and collect your order in-store.
- Orders are generally available for collection within 1 hour during trading hours.
- Customers collecting orders may be asked to present proof of purchase and identification.
Important Points
- Deliveries are door-to-door courier services only.
- No P.O. Box addresses.
- Couriers operate Monday to Friday between 08h00 and 17h00 excluding public holidays.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.
- The courier will attempt delivery twice.
- If the parcel is returned to Lemkus after failed delivery attempts, an additional R100 delivery fee may apply for re-dispatch.
- Orders may be delayed due to:
- incorrect delivery information,
- payment verification,
- customer unavailability,
- severe weather,
- civil unrest,
- courier operational delays,
- or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address or collection by the customer or their authorised representative.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Lemkus respects customer privacy and processes personal information in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws, including POPIA.
Customer information may be used for:
- order fulfilment,
- payment processing,
- fraud prevention,
- customer support,
- delivery coordination,
- returns administration,
- and marketing communications where consent has been provided.
Customer information may be shared with trusted third-party providers involved in:
- payment processing,
- courier delivery,
- fraud prevention,
- and e-commerce operations.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Discretionary Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a discretionary return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery or collection provided that:
- the item is unworn and unused,
- all original packaging and tags are intact,
- and the item is returned in resalable condition.
- Exchanges are subject to a R100 return handling fee.
- Refunds may be subject to a R100 return collection and handling fee.
- All discretionary returns are processed via economy return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Products purchased online may be returned in-store where operationally possible; however, refunds may need to be processed through the original payment channel and may not always be completed immediately in-store.
Sale Items
Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items may not be returned for discretionary refunds or exchanges unless:
- the item is defective,
- incorrectly supplied,
- or otherwise protected under applicable consumer law.
No discretionary returns will be accepted on:
- worn items,
- damaged items,
- altered items,
- items missing packaging or tags,
- or items not in original condition.
Incorrect Orders
If an item is sent incorrectly in style, size, or colourway, Lemkus will process the return, replacement, or refund free of charge.
Refund Processing
Refunds will only be processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.
Refund timelines:
- Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on banking institutions.
- Refunds processed via Instant EFT or alternative payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method used during checkout.
Nothing in this Returns & Exchanges policy limits or replaces any rights afforded under the Consumer Protection Act.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & EXTENDED ASSURANCE
Lemkus complies with the Consumer Protection Act (“CPA”), including the automatic 6-month implied warranty under Section 56 of the CPA.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund subject to inspection and assessment.
In addition to CPA rights, Lemkus provides a voluntary Lemkus Extended Assurance on qualifying footwear manufacturing defects for a total period of 12 months from date of purchase.
Examples of qualifying manufacturing defects may include:
- outsole or midsole separation,
- abnormal glue failure,
- stitching failure under normal use,
- structural collapse,
- abnormal delamination,
- failed heel counters,
- abnormal overlay separation.
The following are generally not regarded as manufacturing defects:
- normal wear and tear,
- cosmetic creasing,
- outsole wear through ordinary use,
- accidental damage,
- misuse or abuse,
- machine washing,
- heat or chemical exposure,
- pet damage,
- skateboarding or rugged use of lifestyle footwear,
- alterations or modifications to products.
Where a defect claim is approved, customers may choose between:
- repair,
- replacement,
- or refund,
subject to product availability and applicable law.
Where a like-for-like replacement is unavailable, Lemkus may offer:
- a refund,
- or store credit.
If a repaired item fails again within 3 months, the customer may be entitled to replacement or refund in accordance with the CPA.
Defect claims may be lodged via:
- returns@lemkus.com
- or the Lemkus Returns Portal.
Customers should provide:
- proof of purchase,
- order number,
- photographs of the issue,
- and a description of the fault.
Lemkus reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a claim.
Claims involving fraud, abuse, misuse, or intentional damage may be rejected with reasons provided.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept secure online payments through approved third-party payment providers.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Visa,
- Mastercard,
- Ozow Instant EFT,
- PayJustNow,
- Payflex,
- Happy Pay,
- Float,
- and other payment methods displayed during checkout.
Certain payment methods or financing options available online may not be available in-store, and vice versa.
OZOW INSTANT EFT
Ozow enables customers to make secure instant EFT payments directly from supported South African bank accounts.
Orders paid via Ozow are typically confirmed immediately, allowing faster order processing and dispatch.
BUY NOW PAY LATER SERVICES
Lemkus may offer selected third-party Buy Now Pay Later (“BNPL”) payment options including:
- PayJustNow,
- Payflex,
- Happy Pay,
- Float,
- and other approved providers.
These services are administered by independent third-party providers and are subject to their own:
- approval processes,
- terms and conditions,
- repayment structures,
- fees,
- and policies.
FLOAT
Float enables qualifying customers to split purchases into monthly instalments using their existing credit card facility, subject to Float’s terms and approval criteria.
Lemkus absorbs all standard merchant-related transaction fees associated with approved BNPL payment methods offered at checkout.
By selecting a BNPL payment option, the customer acknowledges that:
- the agreement exists directly between the customer and the payment provider,
- approval is at the discretion of the provider,
- repayment obligations remain the responsibility of the customer.
Any disputes, missed payments, account issues, repayment arrangements, interest queries, penalties, or payment-related complaints relating to BNPL services must be addressed directly with the relevant payment provider.
Refunds for BNPL purchases will be processed in accordance with the applicable provider’s refund procedures and timelines.
FRAUD PREVENTION
Lemkus reserves the right to:
- delay,
- verify,
- refuse,
- or cancel orders
where payment verification, fraud prevention checks, billing validation, or suspicious transaction activity requires additional review.
Additional identification or proof of payment may be requested before orders are approved.
Payment transactions are processed through secure third-party providers and Lemkus does not store customers’ full card or banking credentials.

- Add items to cart.
- Review your cart during checkout.
- Enter delivery and billing details.
- Complete payment through the secure checkout process.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICING
All products displayed online or in-store are subject to availability.
While every effort is made to ensure accurate pricing and product information, errors may occur.
Lemkus reserves the right to:
- correct pricing errors,
- update product information,
- limit quantities,
- or cancel orders affected by pricing or stock discrepancies.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the customer will receive a full refund.
Prices displayed online may differ from in-store pricing or promotions from time to time.
PROMOTIONS & RELEASE PRODUCTS
Certain limited-release or launch products may:
- be subject to purchase limits,
- be excluded from promotions,
- be excluded from goodwill vouchers,
- or carry additional release-specific conditions.
Lemkus reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of:
- bulk purchasing,
- automated purchasing,
- reselling activity,
- or abuse of release procedures.
VIEWING ORDERS
- Login to your account via the website.
- Once logged in, customers may view order history and account information.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Customers may update:
- account information,
- passwords,
- delivery addresses,
- and related account details once logged into their profile.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted through their account.
Lemkus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:
- fraud,
- abuse,
- chargebacks,
- or unlawful conduct.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemkus shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss,
- loss of profits,
- loss of data,
- delays in delivery,
- or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content including:
- logos,
- branding,
- graphics,
- text,
- imagery,
- and website design
remain the property of Lemkus or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from the use of the website, in-store purchases, or purchases made through Lemkus channels shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
