The original "Tour Yellow" dropped in 2006 as part of Jordan Brand's "LS" (Lifestyle) collection, a period when the brand stepped outside the usual Chicago-rooted palette to experiment with bolder, more unexpected colourways. It was a lane-shift from Michael Jordan's familiar hues, and it captured the sense of freedom and experimentation running through Jordan Brand's design language at the time.
That original pair carried a hidden detail: a removable tongue patch that peeled back to reveal "Rare Air" branding underneath, a nod to Jordan's own "Rare Air" era. It's a small touch, but it's exactly the kind of detail that's kept this colourway talked about two decades on. This 2026 retro brings that feature back, letting you flip or swap the tongue label to reveal the hidden branding for yourself.
