AIR JORDAN 13 RETRO "CHICAGO"
First released in 1997, the Air Jordan 13 is one of the most distinctive silhouettes in the Jordan archive. The model became especially iconic during Michael Jordan’s final championship season with the Chicago Bulls, when it was worn on court during the legendary 1997–98 campaign.

Designed by Tinker Hatfield, the sneaker draws inspiration from Jordan’s “Black Cat” persona, blending performance innovation with panther-inspired design details.

The silhouette features a clean white leather upper with signature dimpled side panels, paired with bold True Red suede wrapping the heel and lower sections.

Black accents on the tongue and liner add contrast, while the holographic “cat eye” on the ankle nods to the panther inspiration behind the design. Underfoot, the paw-shaped outsole continues that storytelling while delivering reliable traction.

This release stays true to the original colour blocking but introduces a subtle update, with the red suede appearing slightly brighter than past versions. Since its original debut in 1998, the “True Red” colourway has returned only a few times, making this the fourth overall release following retros in 2010 and 2017.
