You’ll coordinate stock movement, track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and support reporting across inventory, sell-through, and supplier performance. The role also includes auditing product data, maintaining clean systems, and continuously improving processes as the business scales.
Working closely with merchandising, warehouse, and procurement teams, this position requires strong organisation, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. A solid understanding of ERP systems, Excel, and data analysis is essential, with Shopify experience as an advantage.

1. ERP & Catalogue Governance
• Full ownership of ERP product catalogue (creation, linking, tagging, lifecycle maintenance)
• Seasonal order book management, adjustments & follow-ups
• Assortment vs system order alignment
• Price file uploads & pre-receipting validation
• Data integrity, SKU governance & maintain system accuracy
2. Order, Inventory & Delivery Coordination
• Seasonal buy tracking & inbound delivery visibility
• Merchandise-to-warehouse liaison ensuring line of sight on order books
• Pre-receipting checks & discrepancy resolution
• Aged stock analysis, considering, sell-through and stock on hand monitoring
• Markdown & sale preparation reporting support
3. Reporting & Commercial Support
• Stock management and aged inventory reporting
• Supplier & product orderbook fulfilment tracking
• Margin & price change impact awareness
• Data analysis to support merchandising & procurement decisions
4. Audit, Compliance & Data Optimisation
• Biannual product and supplier audits (naming, categorisation, pricing accuracy)
• Obsolete SKU & supplier clean-up
• Product lifecycle governance & archive management
• Process documentation and compliance adherence
5. Cross-Functional Communication & Coordination
• Clear communication across merchandise, warehouse & procurement teams
• Delivery schedule alignment and issue escalation
• Strong follow-up discipline, stakeholder follow-up & accountability tracking
6. Technical & Systems Capability
• Strong ERP systems aptitude
• Shopify administration & reporting (advantageous)
• Advanced Excel / reporting tools proficiency
• Data accuracy & systems troubleshooting
